Refund policy
Deliveries
- If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 working days. For made-to-order items, delivery times vary—please check individual listings for details.
- You will be notified once your order is ready for shipping.
- Orders placed during holidays or high-order periods may take longer. We will inform you if production time exceeds the usual window.
Order Policy
- Deborah Tseng Jewellery reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders if they violate site terms or at the company's discretion.

Shipping
- All orders require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing a delivery address.
- Standard delivery times: 1-2 working days within the UK and 7-10 working days internationally, depending on location.
- International orders: All import duties, sales taxes, and other costs at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
- For international duty rates, please contact your local customs department.
Exchange & Return Policy
Refunds
- If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
- Items can be considered for exchange within 14 days of receipt if unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
- International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the UK. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For security, use a special delivery service for returns. Deborah Tseng Jewellery is not responsible for postage fees or items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 28 days of return receipt.
- For items with free shipping returned for a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase value.
Faulty Goods Returns
- Full refunds are offered for faulty goods within 2 weeks of purchase. Items returned later but within a reasonable time frame may be eligible for repair or exchange.
Returns Postage Costs
- Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning items. Use recorded delivery (with tracking) for protection, as lost items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Contact sales@deborahtseng.com before returning items with your name, address, product details, and reason for return. Instructions will be provided. Returns not pre-authorized will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
- Due to UK Health and Hygiene regulations, pierced items (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned. This does not affect statutory rights.
- Non-refundable items: Sized rings, bespoke items, made-to-order items, special orders, and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. For questions, email sales@deborahtseng.com.
