General Advice on Jewellery Care
To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery:

Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping, swimming, or during physical activities.

Keep jewellery away from perfume, makeup, and other chemicals.

Store each piece separately in its original packaging to prevent scratching.

Do not place jewellery near radiators, windows, or direct sunlight.
Cleaning Instructions by Material
Porcelain

White Collection: Use a soft brush to gently remove dust.

Beneath Collection: Wipe with a neutral detergent using a soft, lint-free cloth (preferably 100% cotton).
Silver

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time with exposure to air, skin, and certain products.

Store in acid-free tissue or in a pouch/box in a cool, dry place.

Use a silver polishing cloth or mild liquid/paste polish to restore shine.

For detailed pieces, clean with a soft brush and neutral detergent, then rinse and pat dry.
Plated Jewellery

Gold plating is delicate and will fade with wear.

Gently wipe with a very soft cloth after each use (avoid polishing cloths).

For deeper cleaning, soak briefly in warm, soapy water and wipe gently.

Avoid jewellery cleaners or antibacterial soaps.

Store separately in a pouch or box to prevent tarnishing or colour change.
Rock Crystal

Although rock crystal is relatively hard, it may chip or scratch upon sharp contact.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water and mild, non-abrasive soap.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Store separately from metal pieces to prevent surface scratches.

Warranty
All Deborah Tseng Jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover damage from wear, loss, misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.
